We charge at cost rates for freight. All products are supplied new unless stated. Any defective products will be replaced free of charge. We do not have to replace or refund products because you change your mind. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction so make sure you tell us if something goes wrong. We will be only too happy to fix it.
